Army Pfc. Collin N. Smith has deployed to Iraq as a member of the 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team to support the mission of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Smith, a cannon crewmember with one year of military service, is the son of Terry and Lorraine Smith of Arlington. The private is a 2004 graduate of Arlington High School.
