‘A Great Way to End It’
Capt. Brad Velotta, commander of Bravo Company in the 4-23 Infantry 172nd Stryker Brigade, is currently on his way home to Alaska after almost 16 months deployed in Iraq. In an e-mail to NEWSWEEK, he describes his last patrol in Baghdad.
